How To Order

To order, you may use the secure order form from within the Bookstore or you can mail, e-mail, or telephone your order. I accept personal cheque, money order, bank draft, traveller's cheques, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

I respond to all orders, whether the book is still in stock or not. I will hold the book for a reasonable period of time (usually 14 days), until payment is received. Please do request a hold by phone or email before mailing payment to prevent disappointment.

All items are subject to prior sale. Please call, fax, or e-mail to hold. Payment must accompany order. Institutional billing needs can be accommodated.

Shipping:

Shipping by surface mail within Canada and the U.S. is $4.00. Air mail is $6.00.

Shipping by surface mail within Canada or the US for mass market paperbacks is $3.00.

Shipping rates for multiple orders within Canada are generally lower than those listed in the chart, but are extremely variable. Just ask, and I'll calculate the actual cost.
